Komperdell have developed and produced this range with a shaft that is 30% lighter but also more robust and reliable, making it ideal for big mountain hikes where every gram counts.

TOTALLY RELIABLE

The individual segments of the folding pole lock in mechanically when the pole is deployed and thus the pole itself does not depend entirely on the connection via the cord.

This means that compared to conventional folding poles the 2 most fragile parts are now protected – no tension on the cord and the pushbuttons are not exposed to permanent pressure.

The advantage of this is if the cord breaks the poles will still offer full support where other poles would be useless.

EASY & FAST HANDLING

The poles unfold themselves and then are fixed by a twisting movement – quick and easy.
