Exhibitor bookings have opened for Outdoor Trade Show 2027 (OTS), which will take place from Monday 24 to Wednesday 26 May at Exhibition Centre Liverpool.

Organised by MCS, the outdoor sport and leisure trade show gives brands the opportunity to showcase their latest products and marketing developments to retailers from across the UK. The booking launch follows the confirmation of the show’s 2027 dates earlier this year.

76 stands already confirmed

Exhibitors from OTS 2026 have already had priority access to rebook. Organisers say 76 stands have been confirmed, representing 70% of the total stand space available.

Bookings are now open to all brands. Early bird booking is available until 18 January 2027, with full details and conditions on the OTS stand booking page.

Brands and retailers reflect on OTS

Exhibitors and visitors who attended OTS 2026 have highlighted the show’s role in bringing brands and retail partners together ahead of seasonal buying decisions.

Andy Norman, regional sales manager UK & Ireland, Nordics and Benelux at Altra, said:
