Greenroom Voice x EOCA a road map to becoming nature positive
The message is clear now that the Outdoor Industry with its unique stake in the natural world needs to act
Communication specialists Greenroom Voice have partnered with EOCA to create the How to Become Nature Positive — road map a clear, visual guide to help brands and suppliers take meaningful action for biodiversity.
Now is a critical time for nature, with the WWF 2024 Living Planet Report detailing a 73% decline in the average size of wildlife population in the last 50 years. The need for business to act has also never been clearer, with research stating that over half of global GDP is moderately to highly dependent on nature.
The message is clear now that the Outdoor Industry with its unique stake in the natural world needs to act, and sustainability is now longer enough. Businesses must act above and beyond the footprint of their supply chain and become Nature Positive.
The route to Nature+ is not simple: What are nature positive actions? How does a company map and understand its risk and exposure to nature loss? How can brands connect with restoration and conservation actions on the ground? What reporting metrics should companies use and how will upcoming legislation impact this? How can you credibility communicate Nature+ actions in a way that connects with your community.
