Montane, the British performance clothing and equipment brand known for pushing limits in the harshest environments, introduces five new GORE-TEX shell waterproof jackets as part of its AW25 Collection.
Designed to thrive everywhere, from the snow-covered flanks of the Cairngorms to fast-paced winter trails or winter in the city, this new range brings together pioneering technology, precise and tactical construction, and a design philosophy that prioritises lightweight efficiency without compromise.
For AW25, Montane’s entire GORE-TEX range is built using GORE-TEX ePE, a PFAS-free membrane that is durably waterproof, windproof, and highly breathable. This new technology delivers uncompromising protection while significantly reducing environmental impact, setting a new benchmark for sustainable performance apparel.

Every seam, panel and feature is designed to manage heat, allow movement, and cut weight, without compromising protection.
For example, waterproof shells traditionally stack extra membrane layers to form pockets. Montane’s breathable AIR-LINE liners replace this with a single, cut-out design, removing the equivalent of an A3 sheet of material (1,400 cm²) in the Phase collection, slashing bulk and dramatically boosting breathability.
