66°North and Ása Steinars Launch Recycled Tindur Shearling Collaboration

66°North has partnered with Icelandic photographer and brand ambassador Ása Steinars on a special-edition Tindur Shearling jacket made using leftover fabrics from the brand’s factory in Saldus, Latvia.

Inspired by 1990s outdoor fleece styling, the collaboration features pastel colour blocking in Purple Ask and Pelican, alongside a separately available matching headband.

The jacket uses 100% recycled Polartec Thermal Pro synthetic shearling for breathable warmth, with Polartec Wind Pro Stretch panels at the sides, shoulders and elbows. Features include a drawcord hem, two zipped side pockets and a reinforced chest pocket.

Designed as a heavy mid-layer in very cold conditions or an outer layer in milder weather, the collection launched on 13 October. Global online availability excludes the UK. Ása is also due to lead a celebratory hike in Iceland on 24 October.
