Whitby Gear has introduced its 10×60 Binoculars as a low-light option for winter stargazing and outdoor observation.
The model combines 10x magnification with a 60mm objective lens, a specification intended to gather more light when viewing the night sky or using the binoculars in dim conditions.
Focus and viewing features
Focus adjustment is handled through a central focus knob and a diopter adjustment ring on the right eyepiece. The binoculars also feature multi-coated optics, 15mm eye relief and rubber eyecaps.
An anti-slip rubber body incorporates moulded thumb and finger grooves to help maintain a secure grip. The binoculars measure 23 x 21 x 7.5cm and weigh 1,027g.
A travel case, neck strap and lens cloth are included. The 10×60 model sits within a wider Whitby Gear range that also includes compact binoculars and a monocular.
