Countdown To Slide & OTS Winter

‘Less than two weeks to go until the show opens its doors’

Apart from the ‘shop window’ of new and innovative products that will be on display,  the organisers are pleased to announce a series of ‘not to miss’ industry networking events taking place during the show which include:

Tuesday 18th January

  • Nikwax’s Sustainability Roadmap Launch – on the Nikwax Stand No E10 @ 5pm
  • SIGB Networking drinks (in partnership with the Snow Show) –  Central Café @ 6pm

Wednesday 19th January

  • Sustainability Breakfast (sponsored by Rab & Lowe Alpine) – Newport Suite @ 8am
  • SIGB AGM, Show Awards Presentation and Open Forum – Newport Suite @ 7pm

Don’t forget to review all the products entered into the Show Awards on display on Stand No E08.  Retail members of the SIGB and OIA can vote for their favoured products (according to set criteria) in different categories by obtaining a voting card available from the press office on the first day of the show. Products will be judged on merit by retailers, media and industry opinion leaders.

The show is permitted to go ahead and will be managed according to current government restrictions and regulations in place at the time including a requirement (unless exempt) to have a valid Covid passport or proof of a valid negative lateral flow or PCR test taken a maximum of 48 hours (recommended 12 hours) before attending the show. Visitors and exhibitors will also be required to wear face coverings – latest guidelines HERE.  If you haven’t already registered to attend the show you can do so HERE online on the show website and if you are still interested in exhibiting, there are still a few stands available. To make a stand application, complete the booking form HERE or contact the organisers for further information.

Telford  International Centre is easy to get there either by road using the M54 or rail (less than a mile from Telford Central Station) and with 1500 car park spaces on-site, parking couldn’t be easier. On-site hotels next to the exhibition centre have provided reduced rates for visitors who wish to stay in the area and further details can be found HERE.
