Timberland launches Motion Range Collection
Across footwear, apparel and accessories, the range is built for the unexpected, with three new technologies to bring comfortable performance to any adventure

Timberland has launched the new Motion Range, a line of outdoor footwear, apparel and accessories designed to deliver comfort, mobility, and accessible performance on the trail.
Built for the unexpected, the Motion Range collection debuts three new technologies for the brand which prioritize comfort, traction and mobility.
The Motion Range footwear line leads with the new Motion Scramble, expertly crafted with two new technologies that deliver comfort and performance suited to more challenging hikes. The TimberCush™ Comfort System features a zonal dual-density midsole for responsive comfort and energy return, a supportive outer rim midsole for limitless motion and support, and a soft centre midsole for optimal cushioning. TimberGrip™ Lug Outsole technology follows, providing unbeatable traction designed for propulsion, braking, flexibility, and stability. Built for peak performance, the Motion Scramble also features durable waterproof Premium Timberland® Leather, CORDURA® fabric uppers, TimberDry™ waterproof technology and GreenStride™ midsoles made with at least 65% biobased materials.
The Motion Range continues with the latest iteration of Greenstride™ Motion 6 Hiker, providing mobility and lightweight support on more modest adventures. Crafted for motion with GreenStride™ comfort midsoles, made of at least 65% bio-based materials, the Motion 6 prioritizes rebound and comfort. The uppers are cut from durable Premium Timberland® Leather, and ReBOTL™ fabric made from at least 50% recycled plastic.
Finished with a water and stain-resistant Defender Repellent Systems® treatment that protects in the city or on the trail.
In apparel, Mobi Flex Tech makes its debut in several outdoor pieces. Precisely identifying areas of tension that plagued technical apparel of the past, Mobi Flex Tech utilizes advanced 3D heat mapping technology and motion pattern engineering to design for freedom of movement and comfort. Leading with the Caps Ridge Waterproof Motion Jacket, which features a 3D motion pattern engineered to move with your body and reduce friction–delivering optimal mobility, fit, and comfort. Crafted from DryVent™ fabric woven from 100% recycled polyester, this jacket is engineered to be fully waterproof, windproof, and breathable. Underarm vents, chin guard, and adjustable hood offer customized comfort and ultimate protection from the elements.
The new Women’s Jenness Waterproof Packable Jacket with Mobi Flex Tech features 100% recycled nylon repurposed from post-industrial scraps and finished with DryVent™ technology, along with a waterproof zipper and adjustable waist, cuffs, and hood. The Men’s Baxter Peak Motion Stretch Pant with Mobi Flex Tech offers ergonomic hip and knee construction with a Quick Dry comfort waistband for lightweight performance. Wrapping up apparel is the Women’s Trail Tight, constructed with enhanced stretch and recovery with a blend of 77% recycled polyester and 23% elastane. The abrasion resistant tights are finished with a PFC-free DWR for maximum protection and feature two side pockets and concealed zip pocket for secure storage.
Timberland’s Motion Range will launch 27th of February online at timberland.com, as well as in Timberland® stores and select retailers worldwide. The Motion Range footwear and accompanying apparel and accessories will continue to debut new and exciting styles in Fall 2024 and beyond.
