Camping and Caravanning Club confirmed as Gold Sponsor

The Summit 2026 – Conference & AGM

The Outdoor Industries Association (OIA) welcomes the Camping and Caravanning Club as Gold Sponsor of The Summit 2026, the OIA’s Conference & AGM. The event is taking place 18–19 March 2026 at Shrigley Hall Hotel, Cheshire.

Established as the annual event for the industry to gather and network, The Summit brings together brands, retailers, associations and partners for two days of keynote speakers, practical insight and discussions on the issues shaping the outdoor sector. These issues include AI, social media, sustainability, and international trade. Additionally, there are structured networking, social events and outdoor activities.

This year the Camping and Caravanning Club is marking a huge milestone, 125 incredible years of inspiring the camper in everyone. It has helped people to grow their passion for the incredible outdoors.

Commenting on the sponsorship, Sabina Voysey, Director General of the Camping and Caravanning Club, said, “We have been a sponsor of this event for several years and are proud to be supporting the conference again. In this special anniversary year, we’re celebrating our legacy and the way that camping brings people together, because the joy of spending time outdoors never changes. Our values align closely with the OIA, and by working together we can ensure the outdoors continues to inspire everyone. We look forward to seeing you there.”

Andrew Denton, OIA CEO, said, “We are delighted to welcome the Camping and Caravanning Club as Gold Sponsor of The Summit 2026. The Club has long supported the OIA and the wider outdoor community. This partnership helps us bring the industry together at a time when collaboration and fresh thinking are more important than ever. The Summit is a key event in the outdoor industry calendar to connect with colleagues, share practical insight, and drive progress towards our vision to “Get More People Active Outdoors.”

The Summit will welcome Darren Whittington, the Club’s Deputy Director General, as a speaker on the first day of the conference. At the event, he will also host the Winners’ Presentation for the OIA Outdoor Industry Awards 2026.
