KMD Brands NA announces the addition of Heather Sweeny as VP of Finance. Sweeney will handle financial matters across all KMD Brands in North America including Oboz, Rip Curl, and Kathmandu.
“Heather is a great addition to our team, not only for her expertise in finance, but for her deep understanding of multitude categories relevant to our businesses, including footwear,” said Amy Beck, Oboz president.
Sweeney spent over 13 years with adidas in various finance and commercial roles before starting her own executive coaching practice four years ago.
“I’m excited to join KMD Brands to help fuel profitable growth across North America,” said Sweeney. “The combination of purpose, product, and people here is rare – and the energy across the team is real. I’m looking forward to building with them to inspire more people to explore and love the outdoors.”
Sweeney will be based in the Oboz headquarters in Bozeman, MT.
