Managing Director, Damon Street grew up in the Action Sports market of the 1990’s and 2000’s before going on to lead some of the best known Ski, Snowboard, Skate, Triathlon, Outdoor and Fishing Brands. He’s worked with equipment and apparel in the UK, Europe and the US. He’s been President of the Snowsports Industries of Great Britian twice and, board member of the Triathlon Industry Association, and during that time he’s worked with some of the very best in the industry.
In 2019, Damon joined Exxel Outdoors, LLC to launch Sierra Designs and Kelty in the UK and Europe. By 2020 he was working on NPD to bring the right product to market for the Outdoor conditions we play in. In 2024, Damon and his team had the opportunity to take on direct distribution. Now in their 3rd year, Twist Distribution has continued to grow Sierra Designs and Kelty, adding ODLO to their UK Operation.
