Twist Distribution secures Sierra Designs and Kelty presence in the UK
Industry veteran, Damon Street, has ensured that much loved Exxel Outdoor brands, Kelty and Sierra Designs continue to be available to UK and European outdoor enthusiasts by setting up Twist Distribution, which now represents the brands in the UK, France, Poland, Czech Republic, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Benelux.
Damon re-introduced the iconic US brands in 2020 and quickly established a network of key multiple and independent retailers stocking the brands as well as winning many product awards in a short space of time. In January 2024, he set up Twist Distribution, and over the last eight months has built Twist’s infrastructure, which includes a warehouse in the Midlands, with another opening in Europe, with the support of existing retail customers and industry colleagues.
