LOWA unveils the newly engineered Lady Light Evo GTX

The Lady Light Evo GTX is constructed using a dedicated women’s last, developed to naturally cradle the shape of a woman’s foot. With a straight-fit toe box, it offers a spacious yet supportive fit, allowing female hikers to move comfortably yet precisely on the trail. A soft yet supportive ankle cuff is cut lower to suit the female anatomy and designed to move with the ankle for comfort from the very first wear. The Lady Light’s memory foam collar and tongue ensure the fit stays locked in on long stretches, while a dedicated forward flex zone allows for natural movement. A soft nubuck leather upper with nubuck bellows moulds perfectly to your foot shape over time, while simultaneously reducing pressure across the top of the foot. Underfoot, the Lady Light Evo GTX’s dual-density DYNAPU midsole delivers reliable cushioning and torsional support without compromising on stability, even when carrying heavy loads. This is paired with an all-new Vibram® LADY TRAC Sole, unique to LOWA and designed specifically for women. Striking a delicate balance between grip, traction, and low-weight, it features shorter lugs than those found on standard men’s models. A pronounced heel edge allows for significantly more traction on ascents and descents, while the multi-directional lugs bite easily into both mud and loose surfaces. Fine-tuning the boot’s fit is easy thanks to its hybrid lacing system which combines fabric tape with lightweight hardware. Two independent lacing zones offer easy adjustments while LOWA’s patented X-Lacing® Light technology keeps the boot’s tongue perfectly in place, helping to prevent snagging, pressure points and hot spots.
Minimal seams add to the boot’s durability and a waterproof yet breathable GORE-TEX® lining offers peace of mind that your feet will stay dry, whatever the conditions.
