Columbia Sportswear unveils the Vader Collection

Columbia Sportswear has unveiled the full product line-up for The Vader Collection, a special-edition collaboration with Lucasfilm inspired by the legendary Star Wars villain, Darth Vader.

This collection is Columbia’s largest Star Wars -inspired release ever, blends iconic Darth Vader-inspired design elements with the performance and durability synonymous with the brand. Fans can showcase their fandom in style with this streetwear-inspired collection. The collection will be available on Dec. 5 at 6pm.

The Vader Collection leverages the character’s powerful dark colour palette showcasing a Vader-inspired combination of matte and shine materials, elaborate technical layers, and unmistakable silhouette. In addition to weather-resistant outerwear and sportswear, the collection includes detailed footwear, youth pieces, and several accessories. Secret messages in Aurebesh, a written language in the Star Wars galaxy, and other surprises are woven throughout.

Key styles within The Vader Collection feature Columbia’s award-winning Omni-Heat Infinity thermal reflective technology in a new red reflective finish and Omni-Tech waterproof-breathable material to help fans master the winter elements in Sith style. Select pieces in the collection include:

•  Vader™ 3L Interchange Jacket (MSRP £720) – A special-edition 3-in-1 jacket inspired by Darth Vader and built to master the elements with a durable triple-layer waterproof-breathable shell and inner down layer that can be worn separately or together. Star Wars-inspired features include a custom red and black Omni-Heat Infinity lining, graphic print inspired by Vader’s home planet of Mustafar, messages in Aurebesh, lightsaber zipper pulls, reflective detailing, and construction inspired by Vader’s helmet, armour, and chest plate.
•  Vader™ Parka (MSRP £360) – A special-edition parka inspired by Darth Vader and built to master the elements with an Omni-Tech™ waterproof-breathable shell and warm custom red and black Omni-Heat™ Infinity lining.
•  Vader™ Crossbody Bag (MSRP £65) – This versatile, special-edition crossbody bag is inspired by Darth Vader and built for everyday adventures with an adjustable strap, multifunctional storage, and zip-off front pocket with clip attachment for added utility. Authentic Star Warsfeatures include lightsaber™ zipper pulls, Vader chest plate woven patch, and a message in Aurebesh.
