HEIMPLANET relaunches in North America partnering with several reputable partners

HEIMPLANET, the modern outdoor brand developing inflatable tents and functional products with innovative design, is relaunching in North America, partnering with several reputable partners to serve specialty outdoor retailers and expand distribution.
The HEIMPLANET expansion includes partnerships with Method Outdoor Collective for go-to-market strategy and sales representation, NRPL for operations, and Campfire Collective for US public relations.
HEIMPLANET is a brand built on passion, seeking inspiration through travel and using high-quality construction and material to create innovative products. Every product follows the same design principles: simple, understated and clean with sensible and functional details. All HEIMPLANET products share the goal of being part of the environment they are in – be it a remote place in the world, urban street, arctic, desert or a city.
“Our previous experiments with the North American market proved that in order to succeed, it was imperative for us to focus efforts on building more infrastructure and work with experienced local teams to better serve customers and amplify brand awareness,” says Stefan Clauss, co-founder and CEO, HEIMPLANET. “We spent a great deal of time researching vendors, and this team’s experience with both heritage and emerging brands in the outdoor industry combined with their enthusiastic spirit make them the ideal fit for HEIMPLANET as we continue to evolve in the US.”
Method Outdoor Collective was founded by Sasha Dietschi-Cooper, former Vice President of Sales at Burton and Prana, who brings deep experience developing successful omnichannel sales and go-to-market strategies in outdoor, sporting goods, and active lifestyle categories. Dietschi-Cooper and his team will lead HEIMPLANET’S national sales strategy and retail activation, targeting both online and brick-and-mortar establishments.
“I’ve been obsessed with Heimplanet’s tents since I first encountered them at a European trade show six years ago,” said Dietschi-Cooper. “When I started discussing the opportunity for the brand in the North American market, I knew right away that it was something we wanted to get behind. Heimplanet’s products are innovative, highly functional, and distinctly different from anything else in the market. We see great potential to bring the brand to life with North American specialty retailers.”
Campfire Collective was founded by Maro LaBlance, who will be partnering with Liz Rovira from Embers for PR. The duo bring over 25 years of complimentary experience in the outdoor, snowsports, and travel industries introducing international brands to US media and consumers.
“When I first was introduced to HEIMPLANET, I was impressed by the quality and design of their products and their clean, modern branding,” said LaBlance. “I instantly thought of Liz as an ideal partner for this project. We’re looking forward to teaming up to share their story and products with the US market.”
