COMPRESSPORT launch Youth Trail Team 2025 applications

The selected athletes will benefit from the support and guidance of COMPRESSPORT trail athletes to make the most of their integration and enjoyment in the sport

Applications are now open to join the first COMPRESSPORT Youth Trail Team.

This international team aims to bring together 10 promising young athletes aged 16 to 21.

The selected athletes will benefit from the support and guidance of COMPRESSPORT trail athletes to make the most of their integration and enjoyment in the sport!
They will be invited to races and meet-ups where they can share their training experiences and moments with athletes, including Aurélien Dunand-Pallaz and Rosa Lara Feliu.

This new team will be led by Carla Ryan (Athlete Manager), who will provide all the necessary support regarding race advice, equipment, and team gatherings.

They will also benefit from training advice and monitoring, including sports performance tests, overseen by Arnaud Menetrier (Body Science Manager).

Additionally, they will have the opportunity to participate in product workshops led by Jasmin Frank (Product Manager) and digital communication training with Bénédicte Perron (Social Media Manager).

COMPRESSPORT will provide the team athletes with the necessary equipment for a period of 12 months.

The evaluation panel will consider both athletic and personal characteristics.

Eligibility criteria to apply:

  • Be aged 16 to 21 (born between January 2004 and December 2009 inclusive).
  • Be born in France, Switzerland, Spain, Germany, Italy, or the United Kingdom.
  • Respect the mountains, the environment, and the sport.

After evaluating the received applications, the selected athletes will be contacted between January 27 and 31, 2025.

The creation of this new team is part of COMPRESSPORT’s CSR project and its commitment to supporting the new generation, with a focus on education, inclusion, and diversity.
