The Outdoor Industries Association – OIA – has announced the launch of its Women’s Network, a dynamic new initiative dedicated to empowering women across the outdoor recreation sector. Strictly for women and trade only.
Building on the hugely successful OIA Women in Leadership mentoring programme (Phase 3 coming soon – keep your eye on the OIA Newsletter), the Women’s Network will host regular networking events, engaging online speaker series, and targeted discussions on topics such as leadership development, career progression, and inclusive workplace culture.
The Network aims to spotlight female talent, build meaningful connections, and create tangible opportunities to help women thrive and advance in the UK and Global outdoor industry.
